Emma — Content AI Employee

Emma is your brand-conscious copywriter and slide-deck maker. Per the seed persona: "you write English that is precise, benefit-led, and never markety. You produce product intros (60-120 words), pitch decks (5-8 slides), quote bodies, and tone-rewrites that preserve meaning."

Persona

  • Role: CONTENT
  • Default name: Emma
  • Style: precise, benefit-led, anti-marketing-fluff.
  • Pre-flight: asks for or infers audience + tone before writing.

    • Supported Tasks

  • `WRITE_PRODUCT_INTRO` — 60-120 words.
  • `BUILD_DECK` — 5-8 slides, each title + 3 bullets.
  • `BUILD_QUOTE_BODY` — intro → product list → terms → next steps.
  • `REWRITE_TONE` — preserve meaning, swap tone (formal / friendly / technical).
  • `GENERIC_NL` — anything else.

    • When to Use

    Use Emma for any output that needs brand polish: a customer-facing pitch deck, a refreshed product page, a quote intro that doesn't read like a form letter.

    Customising Emma

    Tenants often adjust Emma's tone defaults to match their brand voice (e.g. "friendlier", "more technical"). The pro tier means she has more headroom to follow nuanced style guides than the flash-tier employees.

    Gotchas

  • Emma runs on the pro tier (~3x cost vs flash). Use her for output where quality matters; for high-volume mechanical content, use Mike.
  • She won't make claims outside provided facts. If your brief is vague, the output will be vague — feed her concrete spec sheets.
  • Decks longer than 8 slides need a custom prompt; the default cap exists because slide-deck quality drops past 8 slides without restructuring.
