Buying Signals Monitor

Continuously monitors named accounts for buying signals (job postings, funding rounds, tech-stack changes, news mentions, exec moves) and routes them into your CRM with a freshness timestamp.

What It Does

  • Tracks accounts you watch for 7 categories of buying signals.
  • Pushes a signal to the contact's activity feed and (optionally) to Slack/email.
  • Adjusts lead scores when high-value signals fire.
  • When to Use

Watchlists of 50-2,000 named accounts you want to land. Anvil tells you the moment one of them shows movement.

    Configuring Alerts

Go to **Signals > Alerts**. Each alert ties a signal type to a target list and a destination (Slack channel, email, webhook).

    Gotchas

  • Job-posting signals can be noisy (companies post the same role multiple times). Anvil dedupes within a 14-day window.
  • Funding signals lag by 1-3 days from announcement.
  • Tech-stack data is best-effort — it's 80%+ accurate but not authoritative for every site.
